In his view, the result is all driven policy is that the costs of the budgets of subjects of Russia in 2009 remained at the level of nominal spending in 2008, “that is not failed,” - said the head of the Ministry of Finance.

Costs regions investment activities amounted to 363 billion rubles, which is 22% lower than in 2008. It was expected that the reduction was 40-50%, said Alexei Kudrin.
