Working Group Energy Ministry of Russia considered the issues of the implementation plan for the preparation of Russia's energy system with the passage of the coming autumn-winter peak load and plan of additional measures to prepare for the winter ECO Siberia. The meeting was led by Deputy Energy Minister Vyacheslav Sinyugin.

As noted by the working group, the completion of all activities conducted by enterprises of electric power in accordance with the scope and timetable outlined in the plans.

According to the plan in late September 2009 inthe power of the Republic of Khakassia was carried out large-scale response exercise with the participation of representatives of regional headquarters, a branch of OAO UES Khakass NPL, all the electricity industries, as well as major consumers in the region.

During the exercises perfected actions of all participants on the Elimination of simulated emergency situations to power failure in the Khakassia grid. As a result of anti-accident training measures have been identified and made appropriate provisions for all participants to address the violations identified in the training action, noted in the report the Ministry of Energy.

Also Working Group considered the preparation of the All-Russia meeting under the leadership of the Ministry of Energy with the heads of regional headquarters and energy industries, to be held in late November, after the Commission to verify the readiness of electric power facilities to work in the heating season.

According to Vyacheslav Sinyugin, the meeting should not only put the actual challenges to the leadership of the industry in the coming cold season, but also become a platform to discuss common problems in the organization of a reliable electricity supply to customers and to jointly seek solutions to them.
